We will email your new account and username details to you as soon as the transaction is complete.
Do I need a credit or debit card to sign up?
Yes. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We will only charge your card after the 30-day free trial period is over. If you cancel before the 30-day period is over we will not charge you anything.
All our card payments are processed by Fastspring, so we store none of your card details on any of our systems. It's safe and secure!
Can I change my plan at any time?
Sure! Upgrading or downgrading your plan is as simple as clicking a button.
Your new plan will be charged for in the next billing cycle, so if you have a Basic plan at $10.00 p/m and upgrade to a Professional plan at $20.00, we will only charge you $20.00 from the next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Nope. Obviously we'd hate to see you go, but you're free to cancel at any stage.
